Cimarossa Wines

Cimarossa, the sixty acre ranch owned by Dino Dina and Corry Dekker, is located in the eastern hills of the Napa Valley above St. Helena. Dino planted the slopes of Cimarossa (red hill top) with vines and olive trees in 1998. 

 

The red volcanic soil, which covers the lava cap of Howell Mountain, appeared to him as a perfect place to begin an adventure which was inspired by the many hot summers he spent in Italy as a child working on his parents’ small farm.
